* What is the difference between 'Setpoint or TIP' and 'Standby setpoint' temperature in the heat pump menu?

The 'Setpoint of TIP' temperature is the temperature you want the pool water to be. This also takes into account a schedule that you can set yourself.
The 'Standby setpoint' is a temperature below which it will never reach (even when it falls outside the schedule).
For example, if you do not want your heat pump to never work at night, set your 'Setpoint' to the desired swimming temperature and your 'Standby setpoint' to 10°C (after all, the pool will never cool down to 10°C in one night)

* My swimming temperature has been reached and my heat pump is still working?

When you request a certain temperature (e.g. 28°C 'TIP'), a little extra is always taken before the heat pump is stopped (approximately 1°C) to prevent the heat pump from switching on and off every 10th of a degree.

* What is the difference between 'Filtration' and 'Heating' in the heat pump menu?

'Heating' Heat pump is master: If you ask for a higher temperature and you would give up circulation, the heat pump will order the circulation pump to work.

'Filtration' Circulation pump is master: The heat pump can only work when your circulation pump is active.

* My circulation pump does not respond when I want to change speed or turn it off via the app?

Check if the heat pump is working. If this is the case, the circulation pump follows the command of the heat pump (this is master and 'commands' the circulation pump). As a result, the circulation pump will not respond as long as the heat pump is working.
(In case a complete Bluematic cabinet was installed) Check if the manual control is in 'AUTO' (a physical button on the top right of the cabinet. Top position is manual, middle position stops the pump and the bottom position is 'AUTO')

Check if there is communication via the LoRa network. If the LED is solid green everything is OK, if RED or flashing GREEN there is a problem.

* The import/export product of electric power is used on the digital plate in a flatline?

An upgrade is noodzakelijk of the P1 meter which hangs on each digital plate. Normaal gezien verified dit vanzelf maar soms is here a manual actie voor nodig.

* What about updates?

The update of the Bluematic application is automatic or not (according to the settings on your mobile device)

Sometimes the separate components need an upgrade. You can see this when there is a notification in the 'settings

Follow the procedure below in that case:
